An energising/relaxing acupressure-based massage that stimulates a series of points for 20-25 minutes. The specially designed chair supports you fully clothed in a comfortable position. The upper body is massaged to relax and soothe muscles in the head, neck, shoulders, back and arms.

Clinical Sports and Advanced Remedial Massage Therapy focuses on the musculo-skeletal system (the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and connective tissue) and the way in which this inter-relates with the body as a whole.
Appointments are of 1 hour duration allowing plenty time for consultation, assessment, treatment and advice.
Techniques utilised include deep pressure massage, stretching, muscle energy, traction, strengthening exercises, positional release, CranioSacral, trigger point Therapy.
